Watching DTHoH again, and while I understand the print used comes from a German source, it appears the intro creds are new (at least for when this was put together). Does anyone know the history behind the transfer for the ABUK dvd?

Surfing Amazon UK I noticed a bunch of dvds coming out on a series called BEYOND TERROR.
Cornerstone Media is releasing title such as GHOSTHOUSE, HOUSE OF CLOCKS, SPOOKIES and
the one i'm most interested in is a widescreen version of GRAVE OF THE VAMPIRE.

I noticed most the upcoming titles were released by Vipco before.
I wonder if Cornerstone Media is the same company as Vipco and therefore the prints will be the same?

Anybody know?

What can I say? Mega cult fave Linda Hayden's debut feature, and it's a film that has grown on me after a second watch. They don't make them quite like this today either, Linda herself said in an interview she would not let her own daughter do what she did. The promo department at Avco Embassy went bananas and made up dozens of stills, many of which are presented below.

As someone who lives with cats, loves them a whole lot, and is almost as fond of Barbara Shelley... I really want to know where the hell can I find her movies Cat Girl and Shadow Of The Cat? Never thought we'd see these, I heard they were all erased in the 80's or something. Very cool news indeed!
The series ran from 1966 - 1970 and has several outstanding segments.

I just bought the Pete Walker British Horror box set from Shriek Show and discovered 45 minutes into FRIGHTMARE the dvd freezes, you can't watch any more.
A little research, on the other forums, I discovered that many other people had the same problem with FRIGHTMARE and FLESH AND BLOOD SHOW.

What really pisses me off is that Shriek Show are impossible to get ahold of.

I recently had some time and watched my DVDS of Peter Cushing as Sherlock Holmes in the BBC TV series from the mid-1960's. I had forgotten how good they really are. Cushing is outstanding, and Nigel Stock as Dr. Watson held his own against the master. Has anyone else seen these? There have been 4 episodes and one 2 part released on DVD. If you don't have them, they are a great addition to anyone's collection.
