Hi there!

I've got a question for those who also own Metzger's 'Therese And Isabelle' on dvd by First Run Features. On my copy, at 110 min 51 sec ugly pixels appear on the screen for a second or two, followed by a screeching voice. Does anyone else's copy contain the same fault? I'm just thinking of asking for a replacement disc...

I recently watched a film starring what I believe to be an Italian actress named Malu` I was very impressed by her strikingly classy appearance. Sort of in league with say Catherine Denevue though no doubt without the acting chops. IMDB has zero info on her with the the exception of her filmography. Has anybody seen this yet? Is it worth a look? I'm a big Lindberg fan and this has been a missing link for a long time so I'll probably get it, even though it's a PAL region 2 disc and I don't yet have any of my 3 region-free DVD players hooked up to my main TV (Phillip 47" LCD). EMMANUELLE 4 at CG

The hardcore version of EMMANUELLE 4 is up at CG now. Its not in 3D and its horrendously cropped from 2.35:1 (as boring as this one is, I'm sure it would look great in scope) but its apparently the only available hardcore version; the footage of which has not shown up on DVD. EMMANUELLE 6 at CG

A composite of the English softcore version of EMMANUELLE 6 from DVD with the SECAM footage from the hardcore French version has been posted on CG. Its a very good composite given the materials. The DVD image (I haven't seen New Horizons disc) is quite nice with mostly stable saturated colors while the SECAM footage is not only low resolution but it actually looks like video surveillance footage and almost makes me wonder if the hardcore shots were shot on video with the expectation...

Spotted a VHS of this title at a flea market. It was in an oversized clamshell box, label was Video City. There was not a lot of information on the box cover and I've never heard of the label. I'm guessing the release is probably full screen. The tape itself didn't look beat up but the asking price was $20 (down from 50) so I need to know. .

Is this worth getting? How does this version compare to the DVD release? Cut?...

New José Benazeraf DVD release

I recently purchased José Benazeraf's NIGHT OF LUST released by a fledgling DVD company called Independent International Films. The packaging looks to be a cut and paste job from the original pressbook, complete with marketing hyperbole ("BANNED over half the world!") and newsprint quality photos. A 2007 copyright for Independent International Films is the only indication of the origin of the disc. If not for the UPC on the back, it would seem to be an above average looking...

Hi all,

Any fans here of Nazisploitation movies?

I just picked up the SS HELL PACK from Exploitation Digital/Media
Blasters. It has SS Experiment Love Camp, SS Camp Women's Hell, and
SS Girls. I already had a copy of SS Hell Camp, and the meisterwerk
Ilsa, She Wolf of the SS.

Anyone else have these? Any recomendations? What all is available on
official DVD in the US?

I haven't watched SS Girls, or Women's Hell yet. I have seen the
others I mentioned....
