Saw this one this weekend. Mrs Park, an ailing schoolteacher is encouraged by one of her former students - now her caregiver - to invite several of her
now-grown former students to her home for a reunion. It turns out that none of the students have pleasant memories of Mrs. Park (who gave birth to a deformed
child causing her husband to hang himself). One girl became obsessed with losing weight after Mrs. Park made fun of her in front of the other students for
breaking the scale, another...

When a title is just written in English, with a question mark, it has not been verified and came from other (Occidental) sources, maybe erroneous. ALL the transcriptions of Korean may differ from others in Occidental sources, but they are the ones given by Korean sources, so they are correct.
This list is probably not complete, some other movies could have fantasy elements (ghost, haunted mansion,...

I had a question the other day about one title, THE BAD FLOWER, from 1961, which would seem to be the first Korean horror film (save Kim Ke-Young's THE HOUSEMAID from 1960, which is more of a psycho movie than a straight out horror), at least as far as I know. At first I heard BAD FLOWER was a vampire film, now I've heard (via IMDB) that it's as the title suggests, about a killer vampiric plant, along the lines of MANEATER OF HYDRA.
Kim Ki-Duk's BIN-JIP (3-IRON) is certainly not a horror film, possibly a fantasy---definitely a bit odd. A young man enters the homes of people away on vacation and hangs out there, fixes their broken appliances, does their laundry by hand, and takes his own picture against the background of their family photos. After he mistakenly breaks into a house occupied by an abused woman, she joins him in his activities. To say more about the plot is both difficult and would spoil the potential...

'Scary schools' seems to be a recurring topic. I've heard all sorts of bizarre rumors, largely concerning its genesis, and including the use of GODZILLA FX techs in the effects work, to the kidnapping of the director and his being spirited over the North Korean border to make the film.
