			<description><![CDATA[ I watched a German dvd release of Franco&#39;s &quot;SLAVES&quot; the other night and despite ample shots of Lina and assorted other chicas, the film left me a
bit cold and the story seemed rather superficial at best. Probably the first film of Jess&#39; that I have watched in some time that has left me feeling this
way. Plus, it appears that, in this version of the film anyway, the sex scenes are sort of end rather abruptly or half way in, as if the film had been edited.

			<description><![CDATA[ A few years back I read something about a japanese Jess Franco 3 or 4 film box set. The film themselves were nothing special, films like VIRGIN AMONG THE
LIVING DEAD, FEMALE VAMPIRE and other titles already releases elsewhere, but I remember the cover was really ugly/funny: I believe the box was pink or red with
just a big picture of the aged, toothless Franco grinning.
