I had seen IT'S ALIVE! some years ago and distinctly recalled it as being in the same "light and lilting" vein as the dread MANOS (yet another Texan attempt at horror that somehow deftly missed the mark).
Still, when I spotted the Retro' double bill of this and YEAR 2889 (which I had seen years ago but as somewhat vague on), I figured what the heck.
Worth the $10 I plunked down for it, and it's always nice seeing somewhat obscure titles become available. Still...
