Man, it looks fantastic and it's great to finally see it in the oar. Beautiful looking print! I'm burning it down to dvdr from digital satellite.. : ) Barbs was never more beautiful than she looks here. One of Hammer's best female actresses & also one of the best looking, imo..

JEKYLL, THE CURSE OF THE MUMMY'S TOMB, THE GORGON and SCREAM (TASTE) OF FEAR. What a nice little Hammer set this will be for getting in the Halloween mood, come Oct.!

Ah well, I'll save the surprise for the dvd set (pre-ord. it already from Amazon). Already have a dvd of it in WS, from Europe, probably a similar source, really. Very colorful, a lovely film. A wonderful time... Ben

Those gorgeous colors (the blues and golds are particularly striking) & lavish sets are truly beautiful. I love the interior of the castle with all those leaves blowing around and overall the film carries an eerie ambiance quite different than what is found in the other Hammers of the late 50's to mid 60's..The excellent haunting score only adds to the experience! Fans are going to be stoked with the new upcoming dvd which should be nothing short of a revelation.. A new personal top Hammer fave for me! Last Edited By: KlimovskyKat 08/02/08 13:08:54.
