Posts: 4244 (07/08/09 03:07:42) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Tags : None I was googling around for pictures of Lina Romay for another thread and came across these two of Jess and Lina from this years Goya awards. ... and I thought to myself what a wonderful film could be made about the long relationship and I am going to assume romance between Jess Franco and Lina Romay. Whether a cinematic interpetation or perhaps a book. I would love to know more about their personal relationship outside of all the movies they have made together. I have never really checked into this, but have always wondered how they got along. It seems obvious just from these two photos that Lina has remained very dedicated to Jess over the years. yeah I know she has banged just about every man and woman this side of Hobokan, but sex is sex and love is love. Anyone know if there is such a book or film either in existence or in the works? I am sure it would be a great read! HombreLobo44

My appreciation for Lina is fairly recent. I have known of her for years but never paid much attention. With my charter membership at Latarnia and of course the vast resources now available on the Internet and on DVD I have grown to just love the woman for her guts and sexiness. She's not a bad actress either. Sure she is getting old now. I believe well into her 50's but damnit she is still sexy too me! I am intrigued by that book John has mentioned. I would love to read her thoughts on being with Jess all these years and of course her career. She is one of those gals who knows how to create sexy sex scenes with her earthy natural looks and minimal slutty talk. HombreLobo44

The facts surrounding his life and work are often quite airy fairy at times, and Franco himself doesn't help by contradicting himself from interview to interview, but I suppose that's why we love him.
