I usually read AVManiacs everyday but today I just got a page saying "Forbidden" Is the site down? Or are there new rules? Can others access the site?

I'm not sure if the sweeping did it but for the last 3 days I get the message that I don't have "permission" to read the forum. Any help would be appreciated.
